저같은 경우는 노션 AI를 활용해서 번역을 해보도록 하겠습니다.

Today we're going to talk about how to fully utilize Notion AI.
Notion AI, Notion, it's a little confusing, isn't it?
Notion AI is what we call the AI capabilities of existing Notion.
Originally, it was called Notion.
To fully utilize Notion AI, you'll need to know a little about Notion.
If you haven't already installed the Notion program, we recommend that you do so.
You can also use it in a web browser over the internet, but we recommend downloading and installing the app.
To access Notion, simply go to Google.
Once you're there, you'll see the front page of Notion.
That's right, Notion is free.
But if you want to use the AI features, you have to pay $10 per month.
But right now, if you log in and access the web, you'll get a $5 credit, and if you download the app, you'll get another $5.
So for a total of $10, you get one month free.
You can sign up with your Google account, your Apple account, or your email.
To download the app, you can click on the button here and it will bring up the download menu, and you can choose and download the version that you need.
If you install the mobile app on your phone, you'll get another five dollars.
What's called a web clipper is an extension for the web browser Chrome.
You know when you're looking at a website and you see something and you think it's useful and you want to copy it and bring it into Notepad?
That's what this is for.
You can import the notation right into the program with the push of a button.
If you install the web clipper, they give you another five dollars.
So you get the mobile app, you get the web clipper, you get a total of $20.
Didn't you do the math?
So that gives you about two months for free, and I'm going to go ahead and hit the plans, and there's free, and there's a plus plan.
I would recommend going with the free one first.
It has very few limitations at all.
You can create an unlimited number of blocks.
Now, I know some people think of a block as a block concept, a Lego block, and you're right.
They are blocks.
In Notion, you basically build your writing by stacking blocks like Lego.
I said paragraphs.
It could be a different sentence, it could be a different letter.
Similarly, you can think of a paragraph as a block.
A block can be a single sentence, a single word, or multiple sentences.
And then you stack each of those blocks on top of each other.
Stacking them creates a document, just like stacking blocks.
Interesting concept, isn't it?
Blocks are one of the most core features of Notion.
So you can use Notion for free, and if you want to use the AI features, like I said, you can pay $8 a month or $10 a month.
So if you're paying annually, it's going to be $8 if you're paying annually.
If you're paying $10 per month, you're paying monthly.I would highly recommend that you use Notion AI.
I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
I'm going to show you how to use it today.
If you've installed the program, you can see the screen like this.
I've turned the text up for recording.
To highlight text, it's the same as shortcutting in a web browser.
It's the control key on Windows and the command key on Mac.
Hold down the command or control key and press the - or + button, and that's how you can change the size of the text.
So if you're like, "I want to work with bigger text," you can press the control + shortcut, and it'll change the size of the text up and down like this.
You can also change this from the menu.
It's really useful to know those shortcuts.
The part on the left of this is a kind of a hierarchical menu bar.
This is where all the pages are going to be structured and added.
Pages are another important concept.
In Notion, you create a post as a page, a page, and so on.
And each page has subpages underneath it.Let's create a page and create subpages underneath it.
I've already created a page called Show me how to use this, which was created by, who knows, an AI.
I'll explain that later.
If you want to delete an existing page, you can hit the three dots and hit delete, and when you delete it, it doesn't just disappear, it goes into the trash.

See what happens when you utilize AI.

So you can see here, the AI feature says the space key command is / enter.
In the past, when we didn't have AI, we didn't have this.
But now that we have AI, it's in front of the command /.
And when I say it's before, I mean it's really convenient.
I'm going to press the spacebar.
When I hit the spacebar, it's going to continue what I've been writing.
Here it is.
"1. Join the Notion," "2. Download this Notion," "3. Add a page," "4. Write what you need to write on the page," and it's just automatically added all the stuff that would have been after that.
Great, right?
But the style is different.
This one has 1, 2, 3, 4, so it's a list, and this one has the content horizontally.
Let's ask it to turn this into a list.
So you select it, you ask the AI, and you broadcast, "Turn it into a list."
If you look at it now, it's turned it into a list.
I need to turn this list of numbers back into a list of numbers, so turn it into a list of numbers, and if you look at it now, it says 1, 2, 3, 4.
I'm going to replace this with the selected portion of what was there, and then I'm going to hit "Replace with Part" and it's going to disappear and you can go ahead and finish it.

This is a really powerful feature of Notion AI.
The quality of the translation is on par with GPT, which is much better than the existing Google Translator or Papago Translator.
I'm not complaining about the length of the sentence or the length of the page.
Because obviously, in the GPT model, there's a certain number of words that can be processed in a single request.
In the case of Notion AI, what's really important is that it handles that part with the block concept, so it continues to translate automatically without complaining, and then I press Done once.
I'm continuing to write.
So up to page 9, auto-configure, it's not erasing anything that exists.
When I'm done, I'll have a translation like this, and then I can continue to add more to it.

You can select this content like this, select a paragraph, and make an AI request.
"Please upgrade the post," and it's rebuilt it to say something very similar.
So it's almost created because there's nothing to upgrade.
So I'm going to delete this part of the content once again, and then I'm going to do the various AI request functions that AI has.

So when you're working with Notion AI, you're organizing these pages and thinking about structural issues a little bit more deeply.
In the case of GPT, it's like working with a teacher and a mentor, or an AI mentor, and you can keep asking questions, getting answers, and asking more questions, so that you can evolve together.So far, we've been talking about building a page and using AI to add text and fill in the gaps within the page, but now we're going to talk about the power of Notion AI: templates.
When you look at these templates, you'll get a sense of "aha, this is all possible."
Basically, when using AI services like this, it's very important to use templates to get a sense of what you've already done, what features you can utilize to do those things, and what you can develop further by using the templates provided.
In the case of the A.I. image generator, if you look at the output and look at the text that was used to create the output, you can get a sense of, "Oh, if I prepare the text in this way, this image will come out."
Similarly, if you look at the various templates that Notion already provides, you can get a sense of "Oh, this is how I should utilize Notion AI."
So what you're looking at is a reading list template, and when you're reading, it could be a book, it could be a newspaper article, it could be TV, it could be a book.
And so you can actually manage those tasks by adding characteristics to them, like what state they're in, is it open, is it in progress, is it complete, and so on.
It's kind of a database, and it becomes a record, and it can improve your ability to work.
There are also habit trackers, things like that, that you really need in your lifestyle, not just in your work.
So I said in the previous video, "It's life-changing," and it can be.
There are a lot of people who are really good at taking care of themselves on a day-to-day basis, but for me, I have a lot of thoughts, and if I don't organize them, I end up doing a lot of weird things that I don't intend to do.
In order to prevent that, you need to organize and manage your own lifestyle to make sure that your limited time is focused, focused, and performing, and to make sure that you have enough time to rest.

If I replace this image with something else, for example, I'm going to copy one of my images and I'm going to take it and I'm going to put it in.

So you get the basic structure, right?
Now, if you have a lot of pages like this, you're going to want to give your visitors an easy way to select or search for categories.
To do that, we need tags like this.
You can also tag your pages or images, just like you would tag a YouTube video, so that the layout automatically changes or the page is organized by tag.
So we'll talk about the advanced features later.
I've tried to give you a good overview of what you can do with Notion AI, and I think that's enough to get you started with creating and managing documents, finding stuff on the web, translating it, and utilizing it.
And then in addition to that, you're going to need concepts.
Like, "Oh, I want to continue to build these pages with this concept."
In my case, I have a little bit of a plan to create a page for my 5:00 p.m. YouTube channel so that I can show you a little bit more detail about what's going on.
I can't imagine doing that without using Notion AI, so I think I'm going to have to start utilizing Notion AI.
